We're looking for a specific type of engineer. Not someone who writes architecture documents or waits for a spec. Someone who takes a real customer problem, builds a working product with AI, and puts it in front of the customer the same week. Zero to one builders. Entrepreneurial thinkers. Engineers who move from idea to production at speed. You'll work directly with customers across domains like productivity, HR, finance, legal, procurement, governance, risk and compliance, IT service management, and beyond. Often, customers don't fully know what's possible. Your job is to show them. That means listening carefully, identifying the real need, and building something tangible that brings it to life immediately. Then you iterate quickly based on what you learn. This requires technical depth across the stack, strong product instinct, speed, and comfort building with AI native tools on our platform. You're not afraid of ambiguity. You thrive in it. Being based in Saudi Arabia is a plus, but not a requirement for the right person.
