Got an almost 5 month old GSP. Working on basic obedience, slip lead and leather training collar work, steadiness and a little bit of e collar introduction.

Currently working with a 4 month old puppy, strictly basic obedience right now, introducing him to the leather training collar, and a few short retrieves every so often. In the next month I’d like to have him not blowing off any commands, work on heeling with a leash, and start working slowly on retrieving back to me without the need of a check chord. Nothing fancy, but with a young pup the basics are the foundation.
