The full course which is in the "Classroom" tab above will be 100% complete including video lessons by the end of October. The full course will be available in written format by the end of the week. Just have to keep busting my butt and typing away haha. If you haven't already, go checkout the classroom and complete the lessons that are currently up. Key concepts are huge. You can apply those immediately. Same with unhelpful ideas. There's a lot of BS floating around that keeps people stuck when they're trying to lose weight. I have worked super hard on this course and I am currently putting up the meat. The nutrition and diet building modules took me an entire week just to complete the written lessons. There is good information in there. If you do the lessons and activities, you'll be well on your way to reaching your goals. Thanks everyone who's joined. I appreciate the support.

Welcome
Only friends and family for now. Any feedback is appreciated as I produce the course and other material. The goal of the community besides supporting each other is to focus on all of the aspects of health and wellness that I feel are missing. Things like the importance of your environment, emotional state, and energy balance. There’s a ton more too! All of these things play a big role in a person’s success when attempting to improve their health, specifically diet and exercise. Most people who start a diet or exercise plan fail to stick to it, and I believe this is why. They don’t have a “big picture” understanding of their health. Focussing on only diet and exercise without a concept of the finished product is like trying to build a house with no blueprints. Diet and exercise are both very important but without consideration of an entire person’s wellbeing diet and exercise become almost impossible to stick too long term. Every person I have ever met, including myself, has figured these other things out in some capacity out of necessity. Nobody shared the underlying principles and factors they needed for success in one place, they had to learn on their own and track the information down. Those are the things I will focus on here. And hopefully meet other people who can teach them along the way and share them with you. Cheers to your continued improving health and well-being. Jason
