Really enjoyed learning more about your approach. For others, if you want a good podcast to hear a bit more, here's one with Dr. Howard Schubiner. You can get the essence of his experience and the impact of this approach. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYK7utae7Cg&t=2s I got trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy after watching my daughter recover from neuroplastic pain that had affected her on and off for 8 years. It was one of those before-and-after moments that changes your direction. (I had been a brain health coach.) It has been so rewarding to see people I've worked with get back into the gym, go on hikes again, and just have fun again.

New ideas
Hi everyone. I have a female track athlete with Elohrs-Danlos Syndrome. She has been dealing with peroneal tendinitis and constant pain on top of her foot. I donโ€™t really do stretches with her cause she is also very flexible. But Iโ€™m trying to think of some new treatments and rehabs for her. I have her doing balance and strengthening work. Any ideas would be appreciated

A new idea you could consider is suggesting she add in brain-based work, such as Pain Reprocessing Therapy, as often people with longer-running cases like this (especially with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome), sometimes the nervous system can start to amplify pain signals a bit (central sensitization / neuroplastic pain), on top of whateverโ€™s going on locally.
