2/21 DAY 2 - JOURNALLING
Journal Prompts: Finding Your Wellspring Why this matters These four prompts are going to give you a wellspring to draw from. Real richness, real ideas, the stuff that ends up feeding your videos, your writing, your branding. This is how you tap into your creativity at a deeper level. Before you start, move your body. Dance, shake, hit the gym, whatever gets you online and connected. There's a playlist below and in the resources if you need inspiration. Then sit with each prompt, feel into it, and free associate. It doesn't need to make perfect sense. You're tapping into your unconscious to find out what's actually going on in there. The four prompts: 1. What's the thing you really want to see happen in this life? For me it's helping people who feel like outsiders, like the world wasn't built for them, find their power and make an impact. 2. Who do you care about and really want to help? I call mine autistic mystics: spiritual entrepreneurs, passionate creatives, quirky magical weirdos who want to make a difference. Probably people like you. 3. What's a big life challenge you've overcome? You don't need to talk about it in every piece of content, but knowing it will help you form your origin story. Usually our wounds are what lead us to our purpose. 4. What are your creative and aesthetic influences? The music, movies, books, fashion that shaped who you are, and how that flows forward into your brand and your world-building. Remember the story from the first video, the grandma's lounge room, knowing the exact colour of the cushions. If we're building a world, we want as much aesthetic richness as we can draw on, so that world actually reflects our uniqueness. What's next Move your body first. Then sit with these four prompts and free associate on each one. Don't edit yourself. Just see what comes up. Following the opening of Pandora's Box The Return – A New Era of Energy Medicine For several years, I stepped away from the arena. Following the profound loss of my husband, the business of Energy Medicine became quiet. I continued to work with a small number of clients when the call arose, but the larger expression of my work was placed gently into the background while I navigated a deeply transformative chapter of my own life. Now something is stirring again. I am still downloading, unpacking and integrating an extraordinary constellation of knowledge, concepts, experiences and new ideas. It feels as though Pandora’s Box has been opened — not to unleash chaos, but to release treasures that have been gathering within me for years. I need time to allow it all to breathe. To process. To integrate. To allow the seemingly disparate pieces of my knowledge, experience and wisdom to find one another. And then, I know, the creativity will come. My many archetypes — healer, teacher, practitioner, mystic, intuitive, scientist, guide, woman and wisdom-keeper — will begin to weave themselves into something greater than any one modality. Something uniquely mine. This is not a return to the Energy Medicine I practised before. It is an evolution. Years of clinical knowledge, complementary therapies, energetic understanding, spiritual and esoteric wisdom, lived experience and profound personal transformation are converging into new offerings that could not have existed before this chapter of my life. I am not going backwards. I am gathering everything I have become. And from that convergence, something new will emerge. A new expression of Energy Medicine. A new body of work.

Volume Over Perfection. Why this matters There's a story in the book Art and Fear about a ceramics teacher who split his class in two. One half was told to produce one high quality piece. The other half was told to just produce as much work as possible. At the end of the semester, all the best work came from the volume group. What this means When we take the pressure off needing to be perfect or incredible, we get to just practice. We do the thing, we learn how to do it, and the more we make, the more likely we are to make something good. How to apply it The principle is simple: make something first. You can make it good later. Don't wait for the perfect idea or the perfect take. What's next That's the challenge here. Just make stuff and put it out there. It's allowed to be shit. It's allowed to be boring. Just get out there and make something.

1/21 MONDAY TRANSMISION: CLARITY
Social media tells us to build a brand. But a brand is a corporate idea. It works for something like Mercedes-Benz because companies don't need to hold contradictions. You're different. You're a living person with different interests, experiences and perspectives. But you're not just building a brand, you're building a world. I heard a musician describe the moment he understood world-building. He walked into an art exhibition and wasn't that impressed until he stepped into a full reconstruction of an African grandmother's lounge room. The rugs. The record player. The typewriter with a sentence left unfinished. The colours. Even the smell. It instantly reminded him of his own grandmother's house. That's world-building. We're not trying to create a logo and a tagline. We're creating a world people can step into and immediately recognise. They understand the values, the culture and the way things work. WHAT CLARITY IS Clarity isn't just an idea. It's a signal. Your message isn't only what you teach. It's how you look, how you sound, the emotions you evoke and the world people experience when they encounter your work. You don't need to compete with Nike. Artists don't compete like Olympic runners. Nobody argues whether Björk is better than Kendrick Lamar because they're not doing the same thing. You have a perspective nobody else has lived. Your experiences, taste and way of seeing the world are unique. Clarity is self-knowledge. It's finding the details that capture your world. The colour of your grandmother's cushions. The music playing in the background. The small things that make your work unmistakably yours. HOW TO FIND IT Spend time with these questions. - What do I want people to feel when they engage with my work? - What cause would I dedicate my life to? - Who do I feel called to serve? - What hill would I die on? - What books, films and music shaped my worldview? - What values do the people in my world share? This isn't a one-week exercise.
