Just purchased the software to sync calendars and cannot download it to my Remarkable Move app. Why is that and how do I integrate this software? Am feeling very ripped off right now. Hope it's me.
Hi Jason, I felt it better to hold off when I was in a better headspace after an extremely frustrating time-wasting saturday. I was able to connect but have yet to be able to get the calendar to sync with my Rem. Move. Can you assist please?
Hah - teething - yeah I do feel like biting someone! TBH, I have wasted far too much time trying to get this software to work. It crashes regularly and I've only been able to get generic calendars - not my google cal - onto my Move. My time is worth something - no more nor less than anyone else's - and I feel I've wasted time and money trying to get this software to work. I have asked for a refund. It shouldn't be this hard for an end user who is not a techie. I'm sorry, but this is a no go for me as it stands now. Thanks for the encouragement, though!
I'm having similar issues - only the generic calendars are syncing - not gcal at all - which is the point of me buying your product. Please can you help us? I've sent emails and messages back.
