I don't know if AMZN changed this or not - but I did make and publish a book with all "Blank" pages. I made one page and put a circle on it. I filled it with white and had no outline. I copied it to a 150 art book. Uploded the book and the cover and it was published. Even sold a few.

That's only part of the garbage ebooks and book. People are using the internet to make book that have health information. I am amazed how much garbage health recommendations and teaching there is in the book world. Books are easy to make as we know how easy it is to ask Chatgpt or Google for information. It's a sad state of affairs across the board.
