Dear Friends, First, thank you. Thank you for saying yes to a 7 DAY TRIAL for Permission to Pause. Thank you for showing up. Thank you for trusting me enough to take this journey with me. As many of you know, I am always listening for God's direction—not only in my own life, but also in the ways I serve and support women. One of the blessings of leading for many years is learning that sometimes the greatest wisdom comes after we begin moving. Over the past few weeks, I have been prayerfully evaluating the different ways I am serving women through coaching, mentoring, teaching, writing, and community. As I have reflected on our time together, I have realized something important. The heart of Permission to Pause for Prayer and Journaling is not a separate program. The heart of Permission to Pause is the sacred space we create together to hear God's voice, gain clarity, process life's transitions, and discern our next steps. What I have come to see is that this experience is most powerful when it is woven directly into the larger mentoring and coaching journey I offer rather than standing alone as a separate membership in A Woman's Quest and through my BREAKTHROUGH FIVE experience. Because of that, I have decided to integrate this jouranling and prayer time into my broader coaching and mentoring ecosystem and discontinue it as a separate subscription community. For those of you who joined, our time together confirmed just how valuable these conversations, reflections, and prayer experiences can be but for me, will happen best in an intimate COMMUNITY that is committed to one another and to growing in the QUEST OF FAITH in every area of MIND-BODY and SPIRIT. This decision is about simplifying my focus so I can serve women more deeply and intentionally. I would be so honored to have you continue this journey with me. The Unstuck Woman Club (facebook and email) as well as my Permission to Pause Podcast both audio and you tube will continue weekly. I hope you will join me there.

Ladies-- I have often wondered how pastors faithfully step into the pulpit week after week, preaching the same message multiple times while somehow carrying the same passion, presence, and anointing each time. Today, I wonder that even more :) Our first Permission to Pause gathering was such a precious and holy time together. The conversations, prayers, quiet reflection, worship, and journaling felt deeply meaningful. God met us in such a personal way, and I left our time together both grateful and full. Unfortunately, due to some technical issues, (so sorry for those who could not get into the meeting) some of the elements I had planned to share—including my power point and worship music—did not work as intended, so I decided not to record this session. As disappointed as I was about the technical issues, God met us ever so sweetly. I do not want anyone who missed the gathering to miss the experience altogether. So rather than simply moving on, I have decided to offer this session again within the next few days. While it would be difficult to recreate every special moment from today, I trust that God is not limited by technology, schedules, or recordings. He knows exactly who needs this time of prayer, reflection, and quiet connection with Him. I believe He will meet us again. In the meantime, I have uploaded the PowerPoint presentation into the classroom so you can begin reflecting on the content and journaling prompts at your own pace. Thank you for your grace as we navigate the inevitable bumps that come with launching something new. More than anything, thank you for being willing to slow down, make space for God, and join me on this journey. I am looking forward to gathering again in the next few days. Until then, may you find moments to pause, breathe deeply, listen carefully, and rest in the presence of the One who is already waiting for you. Hi friends-- Most of this group, if not all since we are still small, knows that my life, like yours, has been one long QUEST OF FAITH! It has OFTEN (more the last decade than ever before) been a MESSY, MESSY QUEST AT BEST! This past few years as I have felt God leading me into more or a LEGACY QUEST--more coaching; more support; more lifting other women higher--sometimes I have felt my very MESSIEST! CALLING IS MESSY! CALLING REQUIRES OUR FULL SURRENDER! Today--I woke up today with one of those PRECIOUS GOD NODS about the path we are on! For decades, God has woven one word through my ministry, retreats, workshops, coaching, and resources: QUEST. Some of you may remember names like: Rest Quest A Woman's Quest Freedom Quest Vision Quest Years ago, I even began creating Bible reading and quiet time resources called A QUIET QUEST—a gathering of resources that never fully came to full life and were eventually tucked away in a file drawer. This morning as I was praying about THIS GROUP and what I woudl like to offer, I realized something. THAT QUEST was not forgotten. GOD PLANTED THAT DREAM many years ago-- As I prayed about our new Permission to Pause Prayer & Journaling Group, I suddenly saw it. This community IS "A Quiet Quest" coming to life! THIS IS A HOME FOR THAT DREAM! LET THIS ENCOURAGE YOU!! GOD HEARS YOUR PRAYERS! HE KNOWS YOUR DREAMS! HE HAS A GOOD PLAN!! A Quiet Quest is not a race. Not a performance.
