Welcome to Day 1 of th OS 7 day Reset
Let's see who's actually doing this! You're part of the first group to run through the AIQ OS 7-Day Reset on this platform. That means two things: you get the program, and you help us figure out how to run it better. Fair trade. Day 1 is simple. 10 minutes of outdoor light within the first hour of waking up. No sunglasses. No scrolling from a window. Outside. Light on your face. That's it. The science behind it is straightforward — morning light anchors your circadian clock, which means better energy during the day and better sleep at night. Everything we do this week builds off a nervous system that's actually calibrated. This is how we calibrate it. Drop a reply below: Did you get outside this morning? Yes, no, or "I forgot but I'm going now" — all valid. We're not here to perform. We're here to see what actually changes when you do the things consistently. If you haven't grabbed the Day 1 checklist yet, it's pinned int the day 1 video and attached right here. Let's go!

Hi Chris! Day 1 went ok.... was able to get out in the afternoon for some sun! Day 2 of the 7 day reset was a bit of a challenge for me to eat 30 grams of protein but I came close! 28 grams! a yogurt and 2 boiled eggs... now the eggs had the yolks so not sure if I was successful! so is this something I should be doing daily for breakfast or ok to switch it up? I tend to make steel cut oatmeal or the whole grain and add some fresh berries and unsweetened almond milk! Not sure how I will get to 100 grams of protein a day... maybe I need to eat a whole chicken!! 😄 Day 3 went fine because I tend to walk daily!
