Free ➡️ Paid: FAQ
To all the people commenting and DM-ing me about the Premium upgrade--we finally got it done! Quick FAQ before you upgrade: 1️⃣ What's in Premium? 👉 As of today, September 5, 2026, Premium nets you access to ALL of the following: 🎁 Profile Professor ($9 standalone) 🎁 Retirement Proposal ($27 standalone) 🎁 Upwork Backwards ($97 standalone) 🎁 Upwork Audit Vault ($100 standalone) 🎁 Raze Your Rates ($297 standalone) 2️⃣ How much does it cost? 👉 Premium currently costs $20 per month, or $200 when you pay per year--saving you two months. 3️⃣ Can I cancel whenever I want? 👉 Yes, you can cancel whenever you want. However, paid tiers are "in once, out once." Because Premium gives such a massive discount on my offers and will include more products as time goes on, anyone who cancels will be barred from rejoining the premium tier and be permanently set to the Standard tier. You will NOT be blocked from purchasing standalone products. When I add a VIP tier, you may downgrade from VIP to Premium once, and only once. 4️⃣ Is this only for Upwork? 👉 The current offerings skew heavily toward Upwork, with the exception of Raze Your Rates. Future offerings will cover different channels for acquiring customers, such as cold email, social media outreach, ads, etc. If there's a particular channel YOU want to see, create a community post about it, or DM me. 5️⃣ Where do I sign up? 👉 Go here and select "Premium." Any other questions, drop them below. The wind beneath your wings, Nick "Mr. 6" Bandy

@Nick Bandy Okay. I understand how good of a deal it is (which is why I joined already), but I'm just wondering: why shouldn't I just churn? Why should I KEEP paying $20?

@Julie Ortiz hi Julie. What exactly do you mean by "multi-skilled, tech-savvy freelancer"? 🤔

@Nick Bandy No, I wanted to send an invoice, but that took too long on the spot. I just told him my bank number and he paid. I sent the invoice later.
🎯 Nobody's born with great aim
You're not bad at this. You just haven't fired enough rounds to find out either way. TARGETS won the recent poll and it wasn't close. So let's go back to Path 3 for a second. You’ve got three dials to adjust. 🎯 TARGETS, who you aim at. 💣 PAYLOAD, what you drop on them. ⏰ TIMING, when you show up in front of them. If you get TARGETS right, everything downstream gets easier and cheaper. Get it wrong and you can write the best pitch of your life and get nothing back. Do you know what zeroing is? When you first pick up a new rifle, the sights—the thing that helps you aim and hit your target—are almost certainly wrong. So you take it to the range and you fire a group. Not one shot. Five, ten shots at the same target, same way, no fiddling. Then you walk up and look at where they actually landed. They're never in the middle. They're two inches left and low. So you adjust the sights, fire another group, and check again. That's zeroing. And here's the first piece that matters for you: You cannot zero something you have never fired. The misses aren't failure. The misses ARE the data. There is no other way to get it. Now. Three people walk onto the range. The first fires ten rounds, sees they're scattered, decides the rifle is junk and goes home. He blames the range, his gun, the wind...he learned nothing and he's now certain of something false. The second one never fires at all, because he's still waiting for a target good enough to be worth the ammunition. He's been standing there for three months. His sights are exactly as wrong as they were in the shop. The third one won't fire because he's decided he's a bad shot. He's decided it in advance, without evidence, about a rifle that has never been zeroed. Which was never going to shoot straight for anybody. Same outcome for all three. 🟥 No data, no adjustment, no hits. That's TARGETS. Not "aim better." Fire enough rounds to find out where you're actually pointing. Fire a group → read where it landed → adjust once → fire another group.

Wow, just joined the community, and read this value bomb. I joined from the email related to this. What a great lesson. Exactly what I need to hear... I always try to make it good enough to shoot. I hate to about it, but I'm that guy not shooting for 3 months 🤦‍♂️ A reason why is also because I look at every little detail and try to make everything perfect. Seeing something I can improve saying "no" because it's not worth it, is so hard for me. I'm definitely trying to combat this and just shoot more.

@Nick Bandy thank you. Yes, exactly! My problem was that when I tried something, I realized it's not really what I wanna do. Then I try something else and it's, again, not really how I expected. But that's also part of "the grass is always greener on the other side." Definitely shiny object syndrome. And then I wondered what I wanna do. But I realized, I'll never find out by pondering about it. I can only find out by trying things out. And I thought I wasted my time, but that the things I've tried aren't really what I want is very helpful data, and I still learned a lot. Now, I just gotta stick to one thing. And that's so hard. You probably know better than I do haha
