He talks abt dividing your time slot in 15 min and write down every single time what you did in the last 15-min and guarantees to increases your producitvity for abt 10 times . But you dont want to pickup a fucking pen and paper everytime to write down some shit so i simple built Ascend the whole transparency about your time .
