Hi everyone, excited to see this group :) I’m Paolo, an Italian chef rooted in rural Tuscan cooking, focused on ingredient-driven cuisine, traditional Italian gestures, and food that feels light, balanced and nourishing. I’ll soon be launching Salva, a corporate catering and dining studio for companies in the UAE. Before that, I spent several years in France creating from scratch a small but very solid catering company, mainly on weddings and private events, building strong operational experience and consistency in delivery. For my first months in Dubai, alongside setting up Salva, I’m also open to a private chef opportunity / residency. Looking forward to connecting and exchanging with others here.
