I studied every Alex Hormozi video and THIS is what I found
At his last mastermind event, I asked Hormozi how he plans his YouTube videos and he said: "I spend 80% of my time just scripting the first 15 seconds." Intrigued, I ran home and transcribed his 50 most viewed videos and examined the first 15 seconds. What I found was GOLD. Want to see for yourself? Comment “HORMOZI” below and I’ll send you 50 of Hormozi's most popular intros to study and model. What you'll find is that there is... • No filler fluff. • No intro animation. • No "comment, like & subscribe." • Just straight gold. • Zero time wasted. • A repeatable framework & formula. You'll find Hormozi uses a lot of proof, makes a bold promise (to either help alleviate the viewer's pain or help them achieve a dream outcome), and then gets right into the plan by starting with a personal story. If you comment “HORMOZI” below I’ll send you all the transcripts to study and break down yourself so you can improve your intros and make finding success on YouTube a lot easier. Enjoy, Ted

Drop a link to your first ever YouTube video HERE 👇
This is my first ever YouTube video. And guess what? It sucks! In fact, it's so bad you won't be able to watch the whole thing. But here's the thing... At least I filmed it. A lot of people in this community too scared to even film a video. I've told 100's of you to go film - and you DON'T DO IT! You're too scared to take this first step... "I'm too ugly" "My voice is bad" "I don't know what to say" "My room is messy" I get it... I was scared, too. But guess what? I got over my fear by sticking out my finger and pressing it firmly against a red button called "record". And then guess what I did... I deleted the video. Never uploaded it. Huge hack: You can always film it & delete your video. You don't need to upload it... You just need to film it. I filmed a ton of dumb videos before ever uploading... Eventually you'll be brave enough to hit upload. And then guess what happens? NOTHING. You'll get damn-near zero views. 🤣 Then you'll go from being scared to pissed off. "Why is nobody watching my videos?!" (Spoiler: Maybe it's because you suck.) Then the real journey begins... The journey of actually getting good enough so people watch. And that's what I'm here to help you with. If you want to go from sucking to rocking... My team & I will tell you exactly what to film + we'll personally review your videos in front of you on Zoom and tell you how to improve. To get this help, join my premium community here. We are here to help you make better videos so you can make more money by helping people. If you want help with improving your vids, now's the time. Best, Ted

just posted my first a few weeks ago! i resisted for years, despite tons of people i trust suggesting to do so. but once i understood how to integrate everything in my life to my mission and that everything in my life is the making/creating of that mission (including my business), it flowed. i record about 2 videos/week now with an iphone and rode mic, barely add any accoutrements, make the thumbnails i want in canva, publish 1x/week and do it bc i want to and it serves the mission, not bc i have some business goal to achieve.

Me + Alex Hormozi = 👀
I just spent an entire day with Alex Hormozi brainstorming how to crush it with an online coaching business and the notes I wrote down are INSANELY valuable. We covered offers, content, hiring, ads, sales, memberships and so much more. If you want my key takeaways, comment below with the word HORMOZI and I'll send em over. My business is about to change massively because of some of the things I wrote down... Enjoy Ted "Comment Below" Carr

I spent $1,000 to work w/ a Hollywood storyteller for 1hr. Want the recording?
Michael Hauge is a GOAT in Hollywood and has worked with big names like Will Smith to help them write more profitable stories. Recently I worked with him on Zoom to get help making my webinar story stronger. I never planned on releasing this private video recording (I'm not even sure I'm allowed to!) but if you comment: HOLLYWOOD below this post, I'll have it hand delivered to you via the DM's within the next 24 hours. I may have to remove though, so make sure you watch it ASAP before it's taken down. If you want to make your story stronger, this private call will give you insights you won't be able to find anywhere else on the internet... Best, Ted 'Hollywood' Carr P.S. While you wait for it to be delivered, you can watch the story he helped me make better here: https://www.contentpreneurs.net/coaching

👋 I'm Pam Yang
Nickname: Pam From: New York City Biggest strength: Unearthing what people truly want and their core motivators. Biggest weakness: Not fully healed from not feeling loved as a kid. Which content platform is your favourite: In real life. Want immediate help with: Structuring and launching my first community, specifically pricing and how to manage free and paid tiers (e.g. separate communities or together, what content to offer per).

@Ted Carr idk that we ever fully heal from our greatest pains... not impossible, but extremely hard. I've been with my therapist for 10 years, had to build a muscle to nurture myself properly, had to be endlessly curious about the choices I make and learn how to decipher my true motivations (whether they're to fill a void and temporarily relieve a pain or not), had to expand my compassion for others and not take things personally, and had to integrate/embody a foundational belief that I'm lovable as I am without needing to perform/achieve/please. But it's still a weakness b/c it drives behaviors and decisions in a way that's intrinsic and foundational. So fully removing that influence is... hard.
