Self-Care Sunday
I hope everyone is taking some time for Self-Care today! I have been hit with another bout of sickness today and won't be able to run today's workshop. I'm going to focus on rest and recovery today and hopefully I can recover quicker this time than the last time I was sick. I hope you all have a rejuvenating Sunday!
