If you needed to hear this…
I feel sad and lonely. My soul feels exhausted. My energy is gradually draining to nothing. My light feels dim. šŸ˜” Times like this... when my depression (my ADHD comorbidity) kicks in... I tend to forget who I really am. Knowing I’m slipping into that shadow of my mind again, I made this image just now and replaced my phone’s wallpaper with it. Words are powerful... and I need to hear myself in this noise. And these are the words my inner self is reminding me of…with compassion. šŸ’• I wanted to share them with you in case you’re struggling to hear yourself too...

The Connection Between Your Hormones and Your ADHD Brain🧠
This one's for you if you've ever wondered... "Wait, is my ADHD getting worse? Or is something else going on?" šŸ§ šŸ’› If you're a woman with ADHD... at any stage of life... this replay is for you. Whether you're in your monthly cycle, Navigating pregnancy or postpartum, Feeling the rollercoaster of perimenopause, or Supporting a daughter or granddaughter who might have ADHD... This workshop will give you clarity you probably didn't get from your doctor. Back in October, I did a live workshop called Women's Health & ADHD. It was one of the most heartfelt, eye-opening conversations I've had on this topic... and now it's saved in our Classroom as a free resource for every member here. šŸŽ‰ Here's a glimpse of what we covered: - Why estrogen directly impacts your ADHD symptoms (and what to do about it) - The 14-day productivity window in your cycle... and how to use it - A simple Hormone + ADHD Cheat Sheet you can actually use - A Cycle Sync Planner to align your schedule with your brain - A perimenopause brain audit to help you stop wondering why things feel harder āž”ļø Head to the Classroom → Women's ADHD Simplified → Replay Workshop → Replay + Resources The full replay, slides, Cycle Sync Planner, and Cycle Chart are all there waiting for you. No extra steps. If you're new here... welcome. 🄰 This is a great place to start. And if you've been here a while... now's a good time to revisit this one, especially if something has shifted lately and you can't quite name why. I appreciate you. šŸ™

@Naomi Quinn So agree with you and some women sync their hormones easily to the moon cycle, and it can be super helpful. Also useful post-menopause, as we still have hormones!

Has your summer break started yet?
Hi, my ADHD mompreneurs! How are you feeling today? Has your kiddos' summer break started already? How do you manage your business when your season of life turns into summer break? Both my boys are on summer break now...and how I manage my business changes drastically when I enter that season of my life. I'll share more soon. But curious how yours change, too, if at all. 🄰

Wow, I thought France was bad. May is full of holidays but they have school until 3rd July. However, they have amazing holiday centres, and you pay according to your salary, from 5€ to 18€ a Day! My kids loved them and did all the cool stuff. My son was a different case
