I am ready to fully embody my role and purpose this lifetime. Assisting/guiding/coaching others with their journey, removing blocks, reframing pain and challenges into opportunities and portals to their gifts. The challenge… is knowing the how. Energy, movement and sound healing are a part, and I believe PLAY is the guiding principle… along with radical forgiveness and compassion for self and others.

Mental State: - What are my predominant thoughts throughout the day? - How do I engage in negative self-talk and how do I encourage myself with positive affirmations? - How do I handle challenges and setbacks? Physical Health: - How do I feel physically? Energetic and vibrant, or tired and worn out? - If any, what are the chronic pain or health issues that affect my daily life? - What is my sleep pattern like? How do I feel when I wake up? Substance Use and Escapism: - How often do I turn to alcohol, drugs, social media, TV, or work to escape my reality, numb my emotions, or deal with stress? - What are the underlying emotions or thoughts that drive me to seek these forms of escapism? - How does my use of these substances or activities impact my overall well-being and relationships?
