I love that! I’ve been practicing living well by visualizing best case scenarios instead of the worst. We seem to automatically jump to the negative so it takes practice and awareness of catching this and shifting into the positive and constructive thoughts first. I’ve shared this practice with several friends and they started practicing too! They have experienced how effective it can be and continue to update me. It’s turned into us fueling each other. I should make a mediation to help others visualize what life would look like without sugar! Being full of energy and clear minded. Making some of the best decisions of their life. Moving through life in the drivers seat, not watching, but living! Dreaming the vision of showing up as their best selves and having the most amazing experiences that life has to offer!
