Hey y’allllll! 🥹💜 I’m still here, hanging in there! I’m so sorry I’ve been super quiet and haven’t been posting much lately. I’m still actively recovering and taking things one day at a time, but I am ALSO still keeping track of ALL the packages and making sure everything is moving! 📦👀 So far, the ONLY thing that has arrived is the Ze Liquids Buy, and that will be shipping out TOMORROW! 🎉📦 As for everything else, the tracking has NOT updated with delivery dates just yet. I’ve also been hearing that truck drivers may be going on strike starting October 1st, so I’m PRAYING 🙏🏽🙏🏽 that we won’t be affected by any delays from that. Today’s message is a little SELF-REFLECTION CHECK-IN because y’all already know I’m about to tell y’all to take care of YOU! 😂💗 Yes, we have ALL the things going on outside of this space — family, work, school, kids, responsibilities, LIFE… chile, the list be LISTING! 😂 But in the middle of taking care of everybody and everything else, PLEASE don’t forget to take care of YOU. 🫶🏽 And y’all KNOW me… I’m always on the move! 😂 If I’m not working, I’m at the gym. If I’m not at the gym, I’m doing something else. Basically, I be acting like I got 48 hours in a day! 🤣 Welllll… yesterday was definitely my “GIRL, SIT DOWN!” wake-up call. 😂😭 As y’all know, We are all experimenting and I’ve been experimenting with VIP, and because I’m actively in the gym 5–6 days a week working toward my goals, I decided to research VIP to see if it could help support my breathing/airways while exercising. WELP… I did a little TOO much yesterday. 😩😂 I ended up in the hospital because I started experiencing some abnormal heart palpitations, which then triggered anxiety. Now let me tell y’all — I am OKAY! 🙌🏽 My bloodwork? Spectacular. EKG? Spectacular. X-rays? Spectacular. Everything they tested? SPECTACULAR!😂👏🏽 They couldn’t find anything concerning in the tests. Then I remembered… OH YEAH… I TOOK VIP! 🤦🏽‍♀️😂 Once I put the timing together, the symptoms made a lot more sense as a possible reaction to what I had taken. I was also prescribed medication for the anxiety, which helped me finally calm down and get some much-needed sleep. And today? I feel completely normal! 🙌🏽 No palpitations, no crazy symptoms — I’m feeling like myself again. 💕 BUT this is exactly why I always tell y’all: RESEARCH AT YOUR OWN RISK. 🗣️ Just because something is being researched or talked about in the research community does NOT mean it’s automatically risk-free. Your body can respond differently than someone else’s, and sometimes you don’t know how something is going to affect YOU until you experience it. So please, please, PLEASE listen to your body. If something feels wrong, don’t just brush it off. Take care of yourself and seek medical attention when you need to. ❤️
