Jammed Upscale!
One of my Upscales, has jammed since one month ago and it drained all my credits. I have unsubscribed, i am afraid if i continue my subscription while the error is not fixed that i will paying for more credits for nothing. What can i do? and will my credits be refunded?

@Guille Kenzo do i get any of my lost, credits because of this error i encountered? because i really didn't benefit enough from my account because all my credits were lost.
