QUESTION???
As I keep building this community out with more guides, recipes trackers, challenges, meal plans etc, I’m considering adding a premium section later on 👀( you guys will get this for free dw) For the people already here now, what would make a premium membership genuinely worth it to you and how much would you realistically pay?

i think if you had a section for these headings as an example, it could motivate people to buy a premium membership: macro information - what it does for the body, how it digests, examples/substitutes, more specific bodybuilding diet info, nutrient and calorie info included in the meal plans, creating sustainable meal plans for the week with a breakdown, open Q&A. i think these could interlink under 2 sections to be fair

made a pan sauce using the duck fat and added garlic, honey and soy, pretty high cal from the duck fat i’m ngl but worth the sacrifice

What are your opinions on the shopping list? How could it be made worse or better? What else do you guys want to see?

very good, basically been following that same list past few months anyway, could you suggest meals for breakfast when in a cut please? preferably under 650 cals with 50+ grams of protein and 40-50g of carbs and low fats, sorry is big ask but struggling to find options atm without using protein powder or meals with calories disproportionately high to my other meals
