Job completed
Just finished my first job. I underestimate the job, I didn't realize how big 4,000 square feet was until I showed up. I did complete the job, however next time I quote someone with a project like this I need to do more research before quoting them.WE STILL GOT PAID 🔥🔥🔥
Estimating Jobs
So I quoted another job, and I'm unsure if my bid was low. Its for a construction site, they need someone to remove cardboard that protects the floor. When you give estimate do you take into consideration NEW TOOLS that you must buy? Example, I have to buy a WET VACUUM for this...

I'm available anytime Wednesday or Thursday. What time works best for you? I think I bid to low because I was taking into consideration the purchase of a wet vac. And the guy asked me how many guys am I bringing, the project is about 4,000 ft and it's just to remove the cardboard and vacuum it.
Good videos
Great videos, just finished the 2 modules. I also came from the Real Estate Industry. I landed my first client for tomorrow, I found them on NEXTDOOR. How should I quote my jobs?

@Scott Fling Sounds good, that's something I'll take into consideration when pricing my next job. A call would be great, I would appreciate that
Question
I'm just starting, how would I go about getting clients?
