Tucker Carlson: Big Pharma Episode Summary
I watched this episode of the Tucker Carlson Network and I'll give you a summary of the most important contents. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mUH4Co2wE-I The 2 Means (people interviewed in the video) mentioned that over 70% of people in the US are overweight and here are the causes: 1. Added sugars 2. Processed foods 3. Seed oils (PUFAs) 4. Plastics (Estrogenics) Consequences: Large increase in mental disease, especially in kids, comparing the 1950s with 1 in 1500 children with autism to now with 1 in 36 (USA). Things like Ozempic and Adderall are prescribed to these children as soon as it is even suspected that they might have autism or ADHD etc., which becomes more and more difficult to put off the longer they take it and also ruins their hormones. The big pharmaceutical companies aren't looking to treat you, but try to deal with your symptoms to make their money. The best news they can get is a sick child. Why? They can drug the child until his last days with pills and all the like, filling their pockets. Treating the cause would be the actual solution to heal people, but there is far less money involved. Most studies conducted at e.g. Ivy League universities (Harvard and the like) are also paid off by large companies, e.g. coke paying off diabetes studies. The establishment of the food pyramid is also part of this, which ruined nutrition almost worldwide by adding processed foods as part of the foundation. I'm unsure about the things said in the last 25 mins of the video, mentioning that Fructose is a part of the problem, so I won't comment on that, give it a watch and feel free to write below. Solutions: What can we do against food companies trying to poison us? 1. Healthy lifestyle (Good, nutritious, unprocessed whole foods to avoid micronutrient deficiencies and retain optimal mitochondrial function) 2. Plenty of exercise, going outside much 3. Getting a blood test and targeting issues once you know where you are deficient
