I would tell my past self to invest in mentorship ASAP and genuinely take a choice in what I'm doing, instead of doing 20 things at once But I'm honestly 6/10 satisfied with how OG Orfeas went about it What advice would you give your younger self?
@Joe Hart Yeah I highly agree with this, though I'm not a dad I see way too many people who e.g. don't work out to "spend time with family" even though it's lower quality
I want to look good while also feeling it in confidence, and being able to move big weight in the gym, satisfying skills I know some people just want money and nothing else So what do you want to achieve? and why?
I know a ton of people are looksmaxxing, doing these methods I'm personally not focusing that hard on my looks as it's not a priority right now But what are you doing different that sets you apart from everyone else?
