I need help in more ways than one but let’s just start with this for now😂 I’m looking to make a change to our weekly call schedule and I want your input before finalizing it. Our current Wednesday 6 PM CST slot isn’t ideal for everyone, so I’ve narrowed it down to 3 new options: ✅ Option A — Tuesday at 12 PM CST ✅ Option B — Thursday at 12 PM CST ✅ Option C — Monday at 11 AM CST All three are midday slots that hopefully work across time zones and different schedules — whether you’re self-employed, have a 9-to-5, or are juggling family life….at least you can listen in instead of heading to bed ha! Hey, my name is Cooper Dudley, I’m looking to buy properties in Birmingham Alabama at the moment and not opposed to anywhere in Tennessee. I am new to real estate but I’ve been interested in it for over 2 years and struggling to figure out how to move forward with deals. Mainly scared because I don’t know the whole process of seller financing but I want to do it. I had 2 deals fall through due to inspections before. That’s the furthest I’ve gotten. Curious if anyone here is using PropWire's free version and if so, are you seeing good results? Would you recommend the paid upgrade? Are other data platforms providing higher quality pre-foreclosure data? I would love to hear your thoughts on this topic. Thanks
