Hello everyone, I don't believe I had the opportunity to post in this group ass yet. I'm Oren out here in the Nashville TN and have done a few deals in the middle TN market and looking to network, JV, and connect with other members doing deals in this market. looking to bring as much value as I can to other members of this community. I currently have about 4 rentals and few flips I'm working on and would love to get a few more by the end of the year. My biggest challenge with real estate right now is consistency.
