I think that's because people are becoming overwhelmed by polished designs, AI-generated content, and posts that look like marketing rather than real human communication. A natural photo feels more authentic. It signals that there is a real person behind the message, not just another piece of content competing for attention. People don't stop because the design is beautiful. They stop when they feel a human connection, curiosity, emotion, or authenticity. In many cases, a simple and genuine image achieves that better than something that took hours to create. We live in a time when attention is scarce, but authenticity is becoming increasingly valuable.

As I understood we help each other with knowledge which someone don't know. And everyone knows something that is his experience or learned. I would call this group Synergy of Team Knowledge. :-) Everyone is equal but with different need.
