Hi I am a gamedev and I wanted to document my challenge of making an indiegame in 30 days and releasing it on steam (and sell the game there hopefully). By posting it here I want to share my wins and keep myself accountable and hopefully inspire others to follow their dreams being confident and showing themselves and their work on social media! Good morning, good afternoon, or good evening, wherever this message finds you 🙏🏾 I wanted to introduce myself a little beyond being a spiritualist and part of the Self Organising Organism community. I’m also a musician, songwriter, creative, and simply a friendly human from Africa who loves expressing life through different forms of creativity. I’m sharing this rough piece with you guys as a little introduction to my musical world. This isn’t the final recording — I’m actually lip-syncing to a version I recorded, just so you can get a feel for what I’m creating. The song was made with a friend of mine. He carried the introduction, while I came in with the chorus and rap. The song is about Monday, or “Ọjọ́ Ajé” in Yoruba, my language. It speaks about the beginning of the working week, prosperity, blessings, and prayers for a fruitful week ahead. There’s a lot of meaning behind the words and culture, even though the recording itself is still a work in progress. Hopefully, I’ll get the finished version done soon and eventually put it on Spotify and other platforms so you can all have proper access to it. I have quite a few songs and ideas waiting to be brought to life, so this is just a small taste of the world I’m building through music. 🎶🌍 And yes… the snooker/pool table had to make an appearance 😂🎱. I’ve always had a love for the game, so I thought, why not let a little bit of that personality live in the video too? I’m sharing this not because it’s perfect, but because it’s real. This is where I am, this is what I love, and this is a part of what I’m working towards. For now… enjoy the vibe. 🙏🏾❤️🎶🌍
