Menopause & Muscle...Why?
Muscle isn't just for looks. (Even though it prevents the round look and gives a more fit look) It's protection. After 30, you lose up to 2% of it every year unless you fight back. No weights = faster aging. No protein = weaker body. Lift. Eat Protein. Age strong. That is the WHY.
