Hello everyone, my name is Oluwapelumi. I work closely with online communities to help them grow in a way that is sustainable, engaging, and aligned with their purpose. Over the past few years, I’ve supported community owners by improving participation, strengthening communication, and using digital marketing systems such as email strategy, onboarding flows, and engagement structure to turn passive members into active contributors. What I focus on most is clarity. When members know why they are here, how to participate, and what value they gain, communities naturally grow stronger and more consistent. My approach is practical, intentional, and centered on what actually works long term, not hype.
