Your outreach doesn't need experience to work, it needs to not sound like everyone else's. Here's the 3-step formula: 1️⃣ Skip the generic opener : "Hi, do you have any openings?" gets ignored. Reference something specific about their business instead. 2️⃣ Sell your effort, not your experience : No results yet? No problem. Show you understand their offer and that you're actively training for this. 3️⃣ End with an easy yes : Don't ask "Can I get the job?" Ask something low-pressure like: "Are you currently looking to bring on a setter, or is that not on your radar right now?" Example: "Hey [Name], loved how you're positioning [specific detail] in your offer. I'm training as a setter and have been studying offers like yours closely — would love the chance to bring some energy to your outreach. Quick one, are you looking to bring on a setter right now, or is that not on your radar?" No fake claims. No overselling.
