Is it your sleep or is it the state of the world?
And maybe the answer is “both” 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s rarely JUST about how well you do your evening routine or if you meditate. Without addressing the systems we’re living in, we’re barely scratching the surface. Thoughts?

Don't get me started. Sickening state of the world first and foremost. And the way it's pushed on us by media and tech. But about government and taxes: Trump and its likes would mislead people with taxes and economical promises, to only make it worse, even for his own regular people. So be careful when changing government.
Do you sleep like Winnie the Pooh?
Out of the options in the photo below, how do you sleep usually? The post is for some Monday morning fun, however, the clothes you decide to wear or not wear say a lot about your body’s thermoregulation, as well as how fitting is your bedroom temperature for your sleep quality. And interestingly, your choice might change depending on whether you sleep alone or with a partner. Where are you in all of this? And do you know why you make the choice that you make? P.S. I’m camps 4 and 6 😁🙋🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Winnie the Pooh all the way

More like 2. I can't wait to meet a 7. Seems so strange. I have been sleeping with socks at times in the distant past. But that was more like 1+ socks. Not a 7. :-)
I gotta confess…🫣
I suck at resting. Well, at least I used to. And I still often do. I’m on vacation now for the next 10 days, hence my radio silence here. I’m in gorgeous places, with incredible people I love. And yet I feel daily the guilty pull to do a run through all my work channels, because the storyline is: 🔘 if I stop, everyone will forget about me 🔘 if I don’t respond right away, I will lose opportunities 🔘 if I don’t feed the algorithm, it will knock me back down and erase the progress I made in bringing the almost 200 of you here It’s a daily (almost) spiritual practice to let the capitalistic pressure run through me without doing anything about it. To return to resting and pleasure and non-doing without guilty. But, somehow, I am succeeding. The work I have done on my sleep, ability to rest and claim my pleasure are bearing fruit. Work I am eager AF to share with you when I return. ☺️ In the meantime, here’s a video of my slice of paradise. Would love to hear from you: How do you relate to real rest when you’re on vacation?
I gotta confess…🫣

So beautiful and so quiet (I mean people, not noise.). Very soothing. "real rest when you’re on vacation". I don't even really go on vacation. Maybe I should start there. LOL. Best wishes
Activate Your Nighttime Intelligence
I've been quiet here. That changes now, and I want this to feel like a real conversation, not a broadcast. To kick things off: I'm running a live online workshop on June 30th with Margarita Fray from Dreamsome on sleep health and lucid dreaming. It's low-cost, one hour, and it's genuinely unlike anything I've done before: we're combining the practical side of sleep with the deeper territory of what happens in your dreams and how to start working with it consciously. Details and registration link here What's your relationship with your dreams right now? Do you remember them? Do they feel significant or just random noise? Have you ever had a lucid dream, even accidentally? Drop a reply below. I'm curious where people are starting from, and it'll shape what I bring to the session.

??? @Maša Nobilo I paid eventbrite on 07/06, the day I announced "I'm in". But 2 days later, you suggest I sign up on the link. And eventbrite keeps nagging me about "Add required info for", and "Answer questions", and "get tickets". But I don't see ways to do that. It seems all good to me. How does it look on your side Masha ?
5 Questions for Kickass Sleep
If sleep were just a result of what you do or think in the last hour before bedtime, we’d all be absolutely nailing our sleep health. And my job wouldn’t exist 😁 Alas, sleep is a reflection of how we are, what we do and what we engage with throughout the entire day. Great sleep rarely shows up in a body that is consistently anxious, misaligned or put through the wringer. Don’t let that discourage you, though. This also means that there are MANY ways into improving your sleep. See the 5 questions below and I would love to hear your answers for them, either in the comments or in a DM! If you want to go deeper and find out your specific sleep health strategy, you can do so with the new one-off 60-min sessions that help you get to the core of your sleep issues, and offer you a plan you can follow in detail to create a body and mind that make sleep effortless. DM me for details 📩

Fun that you mention the claw as an example, as I recently started doing exercices for my claw suggested by my PT. I like the format of 5 independent videos, It naturally makes me choose the pace, instead of letting a longer video run. Watch out, just "one person feedback/preference". Have a lovely day PS: And thank you for keeping this platform alive for dinosaurs/activists like me that refuse GAFAM ones :-)

I meant "jaw", "mandibula". I would simply open, stick the tongue out straight (not touching lips, not opening too wide), curl the tongue inside, bring the teeth upwards/front to "byte" the upper lips, bring the teeth backwards. Repeat each 10 times before doing the next. The tongue part of the exercise seems to have relaxing impact including in the shoulders and pelvis. See you. Best wishes.
