The FOUR PILLARS were”revelation” to me today! And the question: “What problem will disappear when the client works with you?” will be my “starting point” moving forward!

Today was phenomenal! YES the 4 Pillars clarified a few items for me. I better understand the Ladder (Levels) and will NOT Undercut my worth any longer and create real boundary's for my Level 3 1:1 Coaching. PRICING Has FOREVER Been the thorn in my side; I never looked at it as Pricing to keep the wrong people out and that "Cheep" also has a Spirit! The Problem that will disappear for my clients is the continual employee rotation of employees and loss of $100,000 to $500,000 per year.

@Rosanna Sutherland-Johnson The Shift from "Investment" vs "Spending" is important. To many times I have had people telling me I was Spending money and in fact I am "INVESTING" in ME !!

1) What am I solving? - Military /Veteran Employee Retention: Veteran employee retention remains a significant challenge in 2026, with data indicating that 43% of veterans leave their first civilian job within 12 months and up to 80% depart before their second anniversary. This has not changed since studies from 2014!! My buyer is purchasing: "Reduction in turnover, increased retention of service members, veterans, military spouses and an increase in overall bottom line profit margins by transforming the leadership communication, workplace integration, and retention strategies."
Day 2
My takeaway from today was learning the levels of speaking opportunities. Some great insight on direction today. Great pyramid of stages and levels of opportunities. Got to make my list of Top 25 and do some work.

I was able to focus in quiet this morning and realize that I was a Shark in the Military and as a professional dancer but a Whale in my business. Blind Spot uncovered like the man behind the curtain (of OZ). 🫥
Created Opportunities to speak
I have been working on all the areas discussed to get into the room and speak. I have my list of opportunities and I made contact with six today. And I received two replies to further discuss. So glad Dr.Sonja provided the tools to prepare my 30 second speech of detailed questions to discuss revenue and resolution of the problem I aim to solve for the attendees. This has been the utmost important step I made to join this session.

I reached out to a company that already had its US conference so I reached out to their London Offices for Nov 2026. As much as I coach others to reach out I was having a bit of anxiety. I need Olivia Pope to show up with that happens!! 😂
