Welcome new members! ⭐️ Just reminding you to use this Sunday to rest, reflect, journal and prepare yourselves to demolish this week ahead. Once I started using my weekends as preparation and resets instead of escape everything changed… Instead of lounging around, emotionally avoiding the Sunday scarries 🫣…I confronted myself, What am I avoiding emotionally and physically this coming week? What am I scared will happen? What do I feel like my body and mind TRULY NEED right now? Instead of rushing to hangouts, appointments, or flying through my chores…I decided to romanticize them…breathe, take your time, write a checklist, do an in-depth skin care or body care routine, stretch, cook for the week. Reminding myself that I’m literally just a girl, I’m allowed to take it slow. I don’t have to use my weekends as an ‘advantage’ to escape my reality by socialization masked as avoidance or by busy-work disguised as productivity. I can use them for me…whether that’s to do nothing and romanticize my rest if I’m in luteal, or taking a yoga class and cooking food if I’m in follicular, maybe having amazing sex and going for a run if I’m ovulating… simply just BEING, nurturing myself✨ Take this weekend to reconnect, reset, and do what YOU need to make you feel best for the week ahead, no rush, just presence :)))🤍
