I am getting more and more job enquiries involving green screen talent and ai / Unreal Engine backgrounds and grading to make look as natural/ realistic as possible. I get the mattes off them and the log talent/green screen footage, and the background in rec709. A tutorial specifically on best practices for getting best results would be welcome… particularly colour matching and naturally “blending” edges of talent, and dealing with relighting if there is discrepancy with background lighting.

This would be a good topic to be able to discuss - quoting and negotiating with clients and not selling ourselves short. For example, a US commercial client has asked for a weekly 20 minute vlog to be graded “cinematically” to highest polished standard. I have no idea what to quote on that… Does anyone know of a website or anything that shows standard freelancer rates in different countries….?
