Decided to share this with YOU so if you feel frustrated that you haven’t posted 3-5 times you aren’t missing out. Hope it helps 🩶 1. ✅ Quality beats quantity TikTok in 2020–2021 rewarded posting a ton. In 2025, the algorithm cares more about watch time + retention + replays. 1 strong, well-crafted video can outperform 5 rushed ones. 2. ✅ Daily posting is enough 1 post a day keeps you consistent, shows the algorithm you’re active, and doesn’t burn you out. If you can maintain high energy + clear hooks, then posting daily is perfect. 3. ✅ 3 times a day can help… only if You already have a system for fast filming (batch filming) You mix formats (face forward + faceless + trending audio) You don’t drop quality just to hit “3” 4. ✅ Otherwise, you’ll get frustrated and the content will start looking repetitive → which TikTok punishes.
