the "still VS steal" type of pronunciation
I'm watching DDM 28 answers now. And CS is explaining that sound goes UP with STEAL and DOWN with STILL. I found it convenient and simple for myself also to think about the spot of vibration. I mean, when I'm saying STEAL I have the vibration in my throat and when I'm saying STILL I have the vibration somewhere above my upper teeth. It also works for "men VS man" etc. What do you think people?

Do you have the same feeling like me?
I still have some problems about my English learning. It's not about pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, flow and vocabulary. Be honest. They are definitely my problems. But the true problem is not that. I am very curious if you have the same feeling like me, When you study English.

You know, I had some problems in my mind. I realized that I wasn't able to help me myself. I called a psychologist and said: "My mom is getting older and her health is worsening and I'm crying because of this all the time". We made some sessions and it really helped. Maybe you are able to defeat your issues yourself, I don't know, that was just my experience.
