A message made my day today. Someone reached out to me some time ago after struggling to get interviews despite applying to many roles. After reviewing her resume, we discovered the main issue wasn’t her experience, her resume wasn’t targeted to the roles she had been applying for. I rewrote her resume to match those roles and also guided her on improving her job application approach. Today, she messaged me to say she got the job.
