@Steve Bartlett That sounds really frustrating going a month without being able to use Mystic Pod would drive anyone crazy. That error message definitely shouldn’t be happening. I’m curious, have you already tried any troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, or checking for updates? If so, what have you tried so far?
