When trading a PA in APEX, is it allowed to enter a trade with a set stop loss but no take profit?

Now that I have an APEX Evaluation Account, do I need to keep the real-time market data with TradingView (CME Group $7/mo) since I already get it with Tradovate?

Does anyone know why I can't see Level 2 on Tradingview? Same in Tradovate. Does it require a higher subscription? I found DOM under indicators in Tradingview, but I don't know exactly what I am looking for yet. Thank you in advance for any tips.
