Everywhere you look there’s another platform, another AI, another “must-use” system — and half of them do the exact same thing. Yet everyone swears their tool is the one you can’t live without. I’ll be honest — I struggle with the new shiny toy problem. I already have tools that work, but I catch myself chasing “better” instead of fully committing to “good enough and consistent.” So I’m curious how you all decide: • How do you choose which tools to keep and which to cut? • Do you lock into one stack and ignore the noise? • Or do you allow yourself controlled testing time? • How do you balance optimization vs execution? Just watched the meeting you fellas had. 139.49 minutes of it. Good grief, Batman, what a powerhouse tool..I really enjoyed the commaraddery vibe great to see just being your selves with no holds barred. My take on it is i ineed to loosen up. in my early life, being humble and meek was the norm. I see that this isn’t the case when it comes to being a top skooler. I need to lighten up my on my core values and let the ones that like what I say be valued people, and let the rest continue their status quo. I can’t help or save everyone without saving myself first. I recorded the meeeting form 20 mintes in so that i can rewatch and get it in my head. thanks guys loved it🫡

I kinda want to give you a real Christmas present. I’m thinking about making the next sprint free to join for the whole Yard. No ticket, just show up. If you are on Premium, I’m also playing with the idea of building you a support AI clone for your group. One that actually knows your world and can handle most of the repeat questions so you get back 20 to 40 hours of support time.
