🚨 SYSTEM UPDATE: LEVEL 1 IS LIVE. Stop what you are doing. The wait is over.🚨
If you are reading this, you are probably running on 15% battery, surrounded by doom piles, wondering why you can’t just "get it together." Stop it. You aren't broken. You are a high-performance machine trying to run Windows 95. Of course you crashed. I just unlocked Level 1: The Reset in the Classroom tab. We aren't here to learn "study tips." We are here to wipe the hard drive. In this module, we are uninstalling the "Guilt Virus" and installing the Intern vs. CEO protocol. INSIDE THE DROP: ✅ The "Windows 95" Fix: Why standard advice fails us (and why it's not your fault). ✅ The CEO vs. Intern Split: How to stop the Monday Morning Rebellion forever. ✅ The 4 Energy Modes: How to track if you are a Dragon 🐉 or a Ghost 👻. ✅ THE LOOT CRATE: I included the "Ghost Mode Permission Slips" and the "Sunday Handover Sheet." Download them immediately. 👇 YOUR MISSION: 1. Go to the "Classroom" tab. 2. Go through Lesson 1.1.(videos coming soon) 3. Come back here and comment "UPDATE INSTALLED" so I know you've started. Class is in session. Let’s fix the glitch. 👊

@Azelma B yeah me too. Lately I saw a video titled "all you have to do is show up" which had a really cool and simple idea: 1) spend 5-10 mins with pen and paper to write out whatever is bothering you about the task. Doesn't have to be coherent or legible; it's not for anyone else. 2) Without committing to actually *work* on the task, set a 5 min timer and set set up your environment for the task (e.g. open the apps you need, or prepare your tools, or sit at the piano or whatever). 3) DO NOT commit to working on the task. You can use that time to do nothing, or think about whatever you like, or work on the task *if you want*. 4) Take a break for a few mins. 5) Go back to step 2. The idea was that once you're set up to work on the task, eventually you'll probably get bored of doing nothing, and get started. I tried it and it works pretty well, but we'll see if it lasts!

@Azelma B that can happen too for sure. I also find myself resisting even getting to that start point, sometimes until it's like... midnight, then I might do one or two quick sessions and end up sleeping way too late.
