Hi all, Oisin here in Donegal..I've been tipping away at Strongman stuff since 2022 and really enjoy the variety of the sport, I joined this as I always believe in surrounding yourself by good people and James is one of them, that and I always want to learn something new. My overhead has been my weakest event and after doing the Log mastery theres a few small tweaks there that made total sense and helped. Would love a 120kg log this year as I've been stuck at 110 for the past year at comps. 2025 has been a very successful year for me comp wise, looking forward to 2026. Big shout out to James for helping me with my DB press back in June, never met him or even spoke to him but was mre than willing to help. I'll not forget that 🫡
