My experience spans over 20 years titled as Project Engineer to the current one. You value truth over ego, and that honesty makes people trust you even more. 4️⃣ You stay composed when things fall apart. When everything feels uncertain, your calm becomes the team’s anchor. 5️⃣ You celebrate others publicly, even when you’re struggling privately.
