Do you prefer working online or in location?
This is for everyone here working with clients. What is your prefered way of working with clients? Online or offline? Why so? I prefer online. I did not see any difference in working online vs offline and clients get results either way. Online is more comfortable for me but I would not put that first, ahead of clients results, of course! What is it in your case?

I am all "ways", there is something with everything! So I think that we need to be flexible and learn what is good and bad with any way to help! lol Being our own healer :p I think that we might be better in one way, but I think we need to know the other way to! Even one might be doing it a lot! Meeting people gives me so many smart ways to test and have fun, "online" is more formal and more on time. I am not sure with I like the most, as I see good thing with both ways! I think that for me the most important thing, be flexible!

You create personalized meditations for any of your desires! You create personalized meditations for any problem you want to solve, at the deepest level of your subconscious! What does personalized mean? It means that you write what problem you want to solve, write what you want instead, and the application will create a meditation for you exactly according to your need, on your profile, in your language, in your style! Why this way and not otherwise? Because the way you express yourself is the way you understand, and the application gives you exactly what you need, in your unique way of understanding! I use this kind of... relaxation, mind work and keep going! I have one that is the "Mind Washer", it has audio and light (eyes closed) for many many years. Had a machine for years that had it all. Now with cell phone (audio and light). But I have many CD's with calming stuff. Different kinds! I listen more to stuff like this then to music. Some of the stuff is music, some is music with hidden stuff in it! I think this is a good to keep yourself "going" and growing! Personal work! It is important to keep on self in "monition", even just relaxing in a purposeful way! Kinda self help or keeping one self going and growing! If I have stuff I want to do specific stuff, I have stuff I listen to. I think there is much do do or have to work on stuff! VERY personally :p hehehe or if yous dont have anyone to help you, BUT it is not a fix, well a fix for relaxing :p Any way... A good way to keep yourself going and relaxed! Mvh Odd K.
Wondering if online therapy really works? 🌐💻
Absolutely! 🙌 Online therapy can be super effective for tackling mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and more. There are several reasons why online therapy can be effective: 🖥️ Accessibility: Online therapy allows individuals to access mental health services from the comfort of their own home, which can be especially beneficial for those with mobility issues, transportation limitations, or living in rural areas with limited access to mental health professionals. 📅 Convenience: Online therapy offers greater flexibility in scheduling appointments, as sessions can often be conducted outside of traditional office hours. This can make it easier for people with busy schedules to fit therapy into their lives. 👨‍💻 Anonymity: Some people may feel more comfortable discussing sensitive or personal issues with a therapist online, as it provides a greater sense of anonymity compared to face-to-face interactions. 🤗 Continuity of care: Online therapy can provide consistent access to therapy even when individuals are traveling or unable to attend in-person appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. However, it's important to note that online therapy may not be suitable for everyone. Some individuals may prefer or require in-person therapy for various reasons, such as the need for nonverbal cues or a preference for face-to-face interaction. Additionally, the effectiveness of online therapy may vary depending on the individual, the type of therapy, and the quality of the platform or therapist providing the services. Of course, it's not one-size-fits-all, but if you're considering therapy, online options could be just the thing! Remember, finding the right therapist and platform matters too. Take care of your mental health—it's worth it! 💖

I learned from one of my trainers... You can charge 5$ or you can charge 5000$ for the same job! BUT... The difference is that for 5$, it is not that dangerous if I get it or it works! BUT... Do I pay 5000$, I will have done all kind of prep work, to do it, make it work and get my money back. I might get the same result, but since I pay 5000 it has more value and I work harder to get my money "back". And I agree, make it so that online or not... It will be received WELL! So, I dont think that online is a hindrance! I am the hindrance! If I think that online is NOT good, it is NOT good! If I think it is good, then it is GOOD! I have to clean my stuff! And get my thinking "stright"!

@Autumn Hahn I see that part, I think that one has to comfort one self, "I did good!"

I use CD's, several different ones to lay down and relax with! And a "Brain washer", it has sounds and blinks for eyes! So it helps your mind to get "down" into different brain waves! Before I would fall asleep. But now, I dont fall asleep. I think that I kinda learned to relax and NOT fall asleep! I think it is important to keep your self on a good side! Some days ago I came to a new realization... ALL my family has gotten grain in there hair. Mine... NOPE! So I am kinda different then them. But I think that this is the trace of me working on being relaxed and not have to much bad stuff going on in my brain! But I also think that it is important to relaxed and being present at all time! I have a metafor for being! Life is a LP record, spinning! My job is to keep in senter as much as possible. But a few times I go out into ONE feeling. Then I am so into that thing that all other things are lost! But when I am in the middel of the LP, I am in touch with everything! A few say that I then have lost connection, but I think I am connected to EVERYTHING, at the same time! In that way, I think that one has to learn to relax and smile! Also being relaxed, I think that I have access to more of me, when I try to solve something! But... Important, for me to know... I am not perfect, I just have my way of working on life! So I think that I am like everyone and everyone is like me!
Why Do People Avoid Mental Health Treatment?
In a world where the pursuit of physical health is often celebrated, the journey towards mental well-being can sometimes be met with hesitation and uncertainty. Yet, amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life, our mental and emotional landscapes deserve just as much attention and care as our physical bodies. So why is it that so many of us hesitate to take that crucial step towards therapy? 🤔 🔍 Fear of judgment: The fear of being labeled as "weak" or "crazy" by society can weigh heavily on our minds, casting doubt on the validity of seeking professional help for our mental well-being. But what if we reframed this narrative? What if seeking therapy was seen not as a sign of weakness, but rather as a courageous acknowledgment of our own humanity and resilience? 💬 Stigma Surrounding Mental Health: Misconceptions and stereotypes surrounding mental health can cast a shadow of doubt over the decision to seek therapy. From the notion that only those in crisis require therapy to the pervasive belief that mental health struggles should be kept hidden, these societal constructs can create barriers that hinder individuals from accessing the support they need. However, it's crucial to remember that seeking therapy isn't a sign of failure—it's a bold step towards self-awareness, growth, and healing. 🌱 ⏰ Time & Commitment: In a world where time is a precious commodity, carving out space for therapy sessions can feel like an insurmountable challenge. The demands of work, family, and other responsibilities may leave little room for self-care, let alone regular therapy appointments. Yet, amidst the chaos of our daily lives, prioritizing our mental well-being becomes not only essential but also empowering. Consider therapy an investment in your future self—a dedicated space for introspection, healing, and personal growth. 🤷‍♀️ Fear of Vulnerability: Opening up about our deepest thoughts and emotions can be daunting, especially in a society that often values stoicism over vulnerability. The fear of judgment, rejection, or even self-discovery can create hesitancy around seeking therapy. Yet, within the therapeutic space, vulnerability is not only welcomed but celebrated. Therapists are skilled professionals who provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for exploration and growth, where your vulnerabilities are met with empathy and understanding.

I think that we have to go in front! I do, but I usually get back, "That is not your worst fear!" So you can hide in plain sight, people are so "hidden" they think of you as them! But, I think that we just have to keep being open about stuff! I have meet people that are blown away, when they understand that I am hiding in plain sight! But, few! Also, the ones seeing who you really are, you can trust them! NLP changed that for me, I now go out in the "sun shine"! And I try to be happy with what ever people show me!
