My LinkedIn timeline is filled with Claude Code posts. However, I find that everyone mainly focuses on the HOWs, but no one is really explaining WHY and what all of this means from a Strategic Level. As more information gets thrown at you, it becomes increasingly imperative to have a system to fact-check and condense noise into understanding. > Falsification over Trust Agents are built for Delegated Thinking, but you cannot Delegate Understanding; that's a Human-only task. This means even with the best AI models, your biggest bottleneck is still your mind. What do you think is possible? > Clear thinking = Agent outcome. You need a System per Quadrant (Team, Revenue, Personal, Career) for executive decisions. Here is some food for thought: > Quadrant: the abstraction of things that affect your daily life (team, job, goals) > Plugins: Each Quadrant can be a "plugin" that has a collection of skills > Skills: Repeatable steps towards an outcome/goal (revenue, team, daily tasks) > Tools: What is changing in the real world that Agents need to know? (MCP) > Context: Prompting costs money, so keep context succinct but dense > Preplan Deterministic vs Non-Deterministic steps before agent delegation > Hooks work best for tracing and governing Non-Deterministic Agent steps Action: Build a habit of pointing your Agent to anything you consume, fact-check what to keep vs cut, then use the AskUserQuestionTool to personalize the extracted knowledge to a Quadrant you actually care about. I believe this is how the Top 1% are using AI to work for them
