👋 Introduce Yourself — Who's In?
The Lefty Reset starts April 1 and I want to know who I'm doing this with. Drop a comment below and introduce yourself. Tell us: 1. Your name and where you're from 2. How long you've been playing pickleball (or if you're just fitness-focused) 3. One thing you want to change in the next 60 days 4. Your DUPR rating (optional — no pressure!) 5. One fun fact about you! I'll go first. I'm Nico, based in Reno, NV. I've been playing pickleball for 3.5 years and coaching for 2. In the next 60 days I want to drop 30lbs and have more energy for my 1 year old daughter. Let's get it! Reply below 👇 and go comment on at least 2 other people's posts. This community wins together.

Hello!
Hi! I'm excited to be here to do the reset with everyone!
Day 1 is April 1st — what are you doing to prep? 👇
We're less than a week out — and I want to know: what does your prep look like? Are you cleaning out the pantry? Booking your first drill session? Getting a Gym membership? Starting to track what you're eating? Or are you a "figure it out on Day 1" type? No wrong answers here. This community is about showing up as you are and getting better together. Drop your prep plan in the comments. Even if it's "I have no plan yet" — that counts. Let's hear it 👇

I've had my thyroid tested and it's low, so I've begun taking a very low dose of levothyroxine -- and what may be even more important is that I've stopped all eating after dinner, whereas I have spent the past couple of years doing a ton of snacking after dinner in front of the TV. Still playing/drilling pickleball 4-5 times a week for 2+ hours and also going for 4-5 mile walks most days. But that is normal activity for me, so the biggest reset is not eating after dinner and getting my thyroid levels back up.
