Hey there! ๐ Iโve been meaning to post in here for ages, but life has a habit of getting in the way, but today I remembered - just! ๐ค So, while itโs still Monday, I wanted to share one of the little Mindful Monday moments I create for the mums in my community. ๐งโโ๏ธ Every week I record a short (around two-minute) mindful moment. Theyโre not meditations, per se, theyโre simply a chance to pause, take a breath and reconnect with yourself. Then, you can return to whatever youโre dealing with with a little more calm and clarity. My goal is to create 52 mindful moments so thereโll be one to explore every week of the year, or you can dip in and out as you need a moment. I'm on 23!! They cover the kinds of situations that so many of us mums face. This weekโs is about mum guilt, because letโs be honest, most of us have been there.
