ICM Rollout to Enterprise
So the ICM set up is fairly simple (in our eyes) especially once it’s built. Folder with instructions for agent to get repeatable output. My question to the group is … does anyone know of a way to prevent copying your folder and that being shared across a bigger organization? Context: we are in talks with two orgs that want a product we put together via ICM methodology. It’s simple, but the best products are! My fear is that I give them this folder and their IT teams copy it, and kill the deal. I don’t want to become a SaaS model and charge per month or per seat. With tech advancing so fast I’d like to squeeze as much juice out of the lemon and move on to the next. What are your thoughts on preventing your files and folders from getting copied and passed around without the monetary benefit?

For me, the greatest potential for a team is: - Deploying these folders in production, connected to real data bases, and placed inside a robust pipeline. You decide what files get changed, aditional guardrails, etc. A folder on a desktop is limited. - Then, the biggest advantage for an AI team I believe, would be CICD and Evals. We can define our evals pipeline, that guarantee that their product isn't failing silently. Every small change we rerun all the tests, and correct any potential bugs. - Finally, continuous maintenance and fast upgrade potential is also a good reason for the client to keep the project going with you.

I'm an advocate for the SaaS model. They ask for a new feature, you can charge premium and it will take less work. You already know your way around the project. Also, if you build it right, you barely have to put any maintenance hours.

Use Case & Ideal Customer??
I'm still a bit confused. What are the precise use cases? Who is the ideal customer? Missed calls -> Recovered Revenue for plumbers sounds good but are missed calls really the bottleneck in their business?

It's not about a bottleneck. You effectively show them concrete numbers: - You are losing X per month - I can charge you X/5 to get you X - You effectively profit 4X/5, without work The business will survive without the extra 4X/5, but having those numbers put in front of them, they have to accept. No one likes to lose money

@Jonathan Malkin Right now, anything thay I have a passion on. One I have is a restaurant automation. WhatsApp communication with clients/staff. Another is AI driven ML research assistant. Creating a product for this. Also some video automation, and human-queriable databases. Some other stuff. But I'm trying not to take any new clients right now, to focus on my own project, that's the AI driven ML researcher.
