Its important for you to know that all this ideas of you being someone completly diferent, to the other people you are the same valuable persona that you were yesterday. So, its a good tool to gain confidence, use it all the time you want, but remember: everytime you talk to this people you still being that wonderfull person, even when you dont wear them. Overtime, you will not need them to achieve that confidence.

I think my most principal problem is wasting my time. I used to think that was laziness, lust or sloth. But all of that is my lack of purpose: i dont have clear what i want, how i have to do it. Even when absolutly have it writed down, im not fully involved. (by Writing this text im really improving my english to express my ideas.)
