I saw this in the class on creating an Instagram account. Won't this kill my account feed?

Hey guys, I've always used just one account for my model. I want to start scaling up. Is it better to create one from scratch or buy an aged one? Can I use it on another phone and share mobile data from my personal phone to that phone? What do you recommend for starting new Instagram accounts?
